Grace Holmes
Ms. Holmes is Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Governance Officer for Cameron International Corporation, a leading provider of flow equipment products, systems and services to worldwide oil, gas and process industries. She is responsible for providing corporate governance support for Cameron’s board of directors and committees, maintaining Cameron’s corporate records, SEC and NYSE reporting and compliance, securities filings, subsidiary management of 250 U.S. and foreign legal entities, insider trading and reporting, and stock plan administration. She also serves as a director and officer of many of Cameron’s subsidiaries and serves as the Chairman of Cameron’s Corporate Community Affairs Committee which is responsible for global contributions to non-profits and company volunteer activities. Ms. Holmes is also a certified facilitator for Cameron’s Leading and Living Our Values leadership training. From 2003 to 2008, she managed Cameron’s ethics and compliance programs.
Ms. Holmes serves on the Boards of Directors of The Better Business Bureau of Houston and Child Advocates and is a member of the Steering Committee for the United Way Women’s Initiative. She has been active for many years in the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, including serving on the Board of Directors, Chairing the Society’s National Conference in Chicago and Chairing the Educational Programs Committee. She was the recipient of the Bracebridge H. Young Distinguished Service Award in 2014, the Society’s highest honor. In 2015, she was named by the National Diversity Council as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Oil and Gas.
Ms. Holmes graduated Summa Cum Laude and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas in Houston and also attended the University of Texas in Austin. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
