Yvonne Harris serves as the Assistant Director for Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability (CR&S) for Capgemini North America. In this role, she leads the organization’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) efforts, which includes management of 11 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Capgemini’s partnerships with external organizations that focus on D&I in the broader business community.

Prior to joining Capgemini, Yvonne was a Regional Human Resources Director in the professional services industry. She combines her HR experience and passion for D&I to help create a business culture where D&I is valued, and viewed as an integral part of the business.

Yvonne is a frequent speaker on a variety of diversity-related topics, including generational differences, work life balance, and coaching and mentorship.
Yvonne is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a Society for Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Outside of her work at Capgemini, Yvonne volunteers are time at her son’s school and volunteers as a judge in local beauty pageants. She also enjoys creating unique travel adventures for her family.
