Workshop: Managing 4 Generations in the Workplace

For the first time in history, there are 4 generations in the workplace. They are Traditionalists, Boomers, Xers and Millennials (Y). It is important for managers to understand the difference between the various generations in order to maximize employee engagement thus increasing workplace productivity.
