February 13 – Oil and Gas Global Women’s Summit
The focus of this annual event is to bring together a diverse mix of successful women leaders who, through the discussion of topics relevant to today’s issues will educate, inspire and encourage women to reflect on their own goals and status as they strive to advance within their organizations.

May 29 – Workshop: Managing 4 Generations in the Workplace
For the first time in history, there are 4 generations in the workplace. They are Traditionalists, Boomers, Xers and Millennials (Y). It is important for managers to understand the difference between the various generations in order to maximize employee engagement thus increasing workplace productivity

June 5 – Oil and Gas Global Leadership Summit
This summit will bring together high profile leaders from the Oil and Gas Industry who will discuss challenges of past and modern day leadership and share their insights on the future of global leadership.

August 12 – Workshop: Talent Management
The overarching goal of the workshop is to help participants break out of the diversity for compliance box, to implement more effective diversity recruiting and “real-time” talent management processes strategically aligned with business goals and objectives. As an added bonus, participants will learn the fundamentals of inclusion, strategic workforce planning, forecasting, predictive analytics, and ROI as tools to influence change.

November 13 – Workshop: Global Diversity Opportunities and Challenges
In order to remain viable on the world stage, organizations have to adopt a global mindset and acknowledge the importance of developing greater cross-cultural communication. This workshop will provide an overview of Diversity and Inclusion issues on a global scale, while also offering insight into Diversity and Inclusion best practices worldwide.
