Elizabeth Reneberg

Elizabeth Reneberg is an energy finance and operations professional focusing across multiple sectors in the US. Most recently Ms. Reneberg serves as Treasurer at WaterBridge Resources, LLC and is a key member of the management team.

Prior to WaterBridge Resources, Ms. Reneberg was the Assistant Treasurer at PennTex Midstream Partners where she had a leading role in the pre – and post – IPO process including treasury strategies, corporate cash and liquidity management, credit facility financing and debt management. She also supported M&A activity and investor relations.

Ms. Reneberg has over 12 years of treasury and business management experience. Prior to joining PennTex Midstream Partners, she was with Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. Energy Investment Bank focusing on corporate finance and treasury management. Ms. Reneberg has owned and operated several businesses as well as founding a non-profit foundation raising funds for children’s charities in Southern California.

Ms. Reneberg’s educational background is in finance and business. She has three children and 2 dogs, is an avid golfer and tennis player, and has a heart for encouraging women to reach their full potential. Ms. Reneberg has had the honor of working with the Women’s Energy Network since 2014. She has served as the Greeter’s Chair, most recently as the Treasurer and currently the 2018 President – Elect. She has been a member of the Women’s Energy Network since 2014.
